Submission
Guest editors proposing a Special Issue must submit a concept proposal that includes:
- the names, affiliations, and brief biographies of the guest editor(s);
- an abstract of approximately 400 words outlining the theme, scope, and scholarly significance of the proposed Special Issue;
- the provisional titles and authors of potential contributions;
- the proposed publication schedule.

- verifying the academic and editorial qualification of guest editor(s).
Peer Review Process
Guest editors responsible for curating Special Issues must adhere to the journal’s editorial policies, submission guidelines, and peer review procedures applicable to regular submissions.
The Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editor are responsible for:
- monitoring the integrity and fairness of the peer review process;
- reviewing and approving the final contents of the Special Issue prior to publication.
Manuscripts submitted by guest editors to their own Special Issue must undergo an independent peer review process, overseen by the Editor-in-Chief and/or Associate Editor.
Publication
To maintain editorial independence and avoid potential conflicts of interest, manuscripts authored or co-authored by the guest editor(s) should comprise no more than 25% of the contents of a Special Issue.
